Shipping Policy

Orders on mackenziechildusa.shop travel outbound at no charge. There is no cart minimum. The live checkout method is free shipping, and the same rule is stated in the announcement bar, the cart totals, and the footer. A standard parcel fee is not added at payment on this shop.

The free outbound path covers the ordinary service we use for this catalogue. Furniture and other bulky lines still check out without a shipping surcharge here, though the calendar can run longer than for a cup or a small accessory. If a carrier later proposes an accessorial fee because a site cannot take the size, we contact you before any extra amount is collected.

Painted ceramic and glass are packed for the finish. Retain the carton and inner wrap until you have inspected the object in good light. If the box is crushed or the contents are broken, photograph the exterior, the wrap, and the piece, then write to mackenzie-childs@gmail.com within fourteen days and include the order number. We replace the piece or refund that line.

A tracking message is sent when a carton is handed to the carrier. First scans can lag. Weather, seasonal volume, and buildings that refuse evening attempts are outside our dock, yet the ticket stays open until there is a next action.

Enter a complete street address, with unit, suite, or gate information a driver would need. A commercial dock should note receiving hours in the checkout comment if the building is strict. We cannot reroute a carton already scanned toward a new city. If the typed address is wrong, write at once; we will say whether the label can still be voided.

Small-run finishes may not travel with the rest of a mixed cart until that line exists in stock. We may dispatch what is on the shelf and refund or delay the missing line rather than freeze the whole order. Messages will state the choice. Any gift wrapping offered on a page does not alter the free-shipping method.

We ship to addresses the checkout form accepts. Failed postal codes, certain military boxes, or forwarder addresses are rejected before payment. Product pages do not promise a calendar date unless that page itself prints one. Quoted ranges are estimates drawn from similar pieces, not booked appointments.

Duties, import tax, and destination inspections are separate from our outbound shipping charge. This shop does not add an outbound shipping line because every order ships free.
